I grew up in California but last Summer the Air Force brought me home for the first time in my career, and stationed my family and I here in Travis. This is my first year participating in CA Run for the Fallen. I volunteered because I believe in remembering the deceased, calling out their name, so they won’t be forgotten. These men and women have given the ultimate sacrifice for this country. This event is just a small but important tribute to that memory.
